Our games are made for children. We built them so that they do not need to know anything about your child, and they don't ask.
In short
- No accounts. There is no sign-in, no profile, no chat and no way to share anything with other players.
- The games collect no personal information. No names, email addresses, photos, voice, contacts or location.
- Settings stay on your device. The language and sound choices are saved only on the phone, tablet or computer being used.
- This website has no ads, no analytics and no cookies. It loads no third-party scripts or fonts.
- The current version of our apps shows no ads. If we add ads in a later version, they will be child-directed and not personalized, and we will update this page first.
- We never sell or share information about you or your child.
Who we are
Cfir Carmeli, an independent developer, the maker of Fun Bouncy Balloon and the TOMY Games games ("we", "us"). Contact: support@tomy-games.com.
Who the games are for
Children aged about 3 to 9 and their families. We aim to meet the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU and UK GDPR (including the rules for children's consent) and the UK Age Appropriate Design Code, as well as the Apple App Store and Google Play rules for apps used by children.

This information is never sent to us. To delete it, uninstall the app. When you play in a web browser, the same choices are kept in your browser's local storage on that device; clear this website's data in your browser settings to delete them.
This website
The website uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party scripts or fonts. Like every website, it is delivered by a hosting provider (Vercel) whose servers briefly process technical information such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, in order to deliver pages and protect the service from abuse. We do not use this information to identify anyone.
Ads in the apps
The current version of Fun Bouncy Balloon shows no ads and does not collect advertising information.
If we add ads in a later version, we will update this policy before the update is released. Ads would come from Google AdMob and every ad request would be set up as child-directed (the COPPA "tag for child-directed treatment"), as under the age of consent (the EU/UK setting), as rated G (only ads suitable for general audiences) and as not personalized (no interest-based ads and no remarketing). We would never ask for permission to track your child across other apps.
Permissions
The apps do not ask for access to the camera, microphone, photos, contacts or location.
Purchases and links
There are no in-app purchases. The games contain no links that leave the app.
Crash reports
The apps do not send crash reports.
Your rights
Because we do not hold personal information about you or your child, there is normally nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you think we hold something, or you have any question, write to support@tomy-games.com and we will reply within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top. If we ever want to collect something new, we will update this page first, and where the law requires it we will ask a parent for consent first.
